Features

Delivery courier integration: Uber Eats and DoorDash

Take the order on your own site, then send it to an Uber Eats or DoorDash (DoorDash Drive) courier from Chefzi, or deliver with your own staff.

How it works

  • The customer orders on your website.
  • You choose your own driver or a courier from Uber Eats or DoorDash (DoorDash Drive).
  • Card payments go straight to your restaurant; there is no marketplace commission on the order.

Couriers vs marketplace listings

On a marketplace, the app owns the order and charges commission. With a courier integration, the order is yours and you pay for the delivery. Many restaurants keep the apps for discovery and move regulars to their own page: see Uber Eats and DoorDash alternatives.

Zones and fees

Set delivery zones, minimums and fees by area. Plans are month-to-month, with discounts on 1-, 2- and 3-year plans. Menu setup and onboarding are free.
